FIVE TRENDS WE’RE HAPPY TO LEAVE IN 2016

After reflecting on this year most common trends, we’ve concluded that designers must have had a really bad case of ‘The 2016’. How could they not…We don’t blame them! With the economy being as terrible, that might have pushed them to create products from overstocks on previous collections…thinking 2016 will be all about the #TBT and #FBF!

Either way, some of the trends they desperately tried to make us fall in love with have got to go!  So here are  the five trends we’re happy to leave in 2016 (Bye, Felicia!):

1-    Fur Balls

We don’t want a key-chain to overshadow our bags. We’re an indecisive bunch and we have difficulty choosing which accessory should stand out more…So ciao Karlito!

2-    Removable Straps

Seriously…How creative?! Thanks for giving us more options but we’re willing to scrap that one. Please feel free to keep this bag trend at Forever 21 or Souk Shatea.

3-    Slip Over over T-Shirts

We get it, you want us to wear negligés all day long and look like we don’t have our lives together! We can do that on our own…. Only PJs and Slippers allowed please!

4-    Oversized Chokers

Simply because we don’t want to look live we’ve been chained somewhere, not to mention we really don’t want to look fetish. We truly hope this trend dies now…2016 you still have 2 more days!

5-   Joggers Pants for Men

When it comes to dressing up, some men are lazy must we really encourage them? Why don’t we push 3 piece suits instead? Jogger pants…please go away.
